  Had an amazing work out at this place, great staff!!! The trainers keep your mind where it needs to be pushing you to gain the most out of the class! Recommend this place to anyone trying to get fit, lean and strong!

  Wanted a gym with a good trainer and came here because of the reviews. They put together a program for my specific needs and motivated me to achieve my goals. Recommend !

  Best bootcamp and trainers in miami! The classes are challenging but you work at your own level. The trainers watch and make sure you are using correct form and motivate you to get the best workout you can each time. I love it here and wish i had joined sooner! I have strengthened my back and no longer have daily pain. I feel better and look better and love going. I highly recommend this gym.
