  They were expensive, but hey, perhaps good service is. Alas, that turned out not to be the case... needed to get some tailoring done... double checked that it would be done on time the day before - shortly before closing time, with a flight the following day they informed me that the not only would the work not be done, but I couldn't get them back because they had been sent out. Thanks, super helpful - and trustworthy. Don't charge a lot and then not deliver what you promise. Oh - and then don't lie and say you called when you didn't. 0 for 3 chaps. Won't be using this place again. (Oh - and the place I ended up getting them done, precisely 52% of their price, and half the time).

  I so happy with the service, since Zu is there, the service is better, she's kind and lovely, I hope all your counter be like her. Excellent job and customer care.
