  I work for a property management firm that has properties all over the US. It is in rare occasion when a vendor goes absolutely above and beyond. We had an urgent situation that required a lot of attention for several weeks. Lee not only had wonderful communication with us, but our tenants as well which put them more at ease. We just received a before and after photo of the completed work and he not only relieved our bird situation, but left the job site clean and taken care of. I highly recommend this vendor to anyone.
