::Great service I have been using Lee's Appliance for almost 15 years

::All I can say is that we received fabulous service. The family was unable to sleep due to the noise that the refrigerator freezer was making and Lee’s Appliance was able to come and perform a wonderful service to remedy the situation. Christie and Israel took excellent care of us. Best service yet!

::Lee's got my oven installed, but their customer service lacked finesse. The oven went in visibly crooked. When I called Zach's attention to the issue, he required some convincing in order to pull out the oven, add a shim and re-install it so it's straight. Zach also was in such a hurry to complete the job, without regard for quality, that he told me that even though the new oven's documentation called for upgraded fuses, they weren't required. All three electricians who independently looked at the oven, its documentation and my wiring and fuse box agreed the upgrade was required for safe installation and use of the new oven. Communication about billing was horrendous. Twice I authorized charges on my credit card to cover billed amounts (they also installed an ice maker), once over the phone to Ronelle, after which she confirmed the charge was complete, and a second charge in email (referencing the same credit card). However, neither charge was completed, and they sent the account into collections. What a mess! It appears this is not the owners' only business - he has a corporate position as well and must be stretched thin.

::Used to be better. Not sure what happened. The tech missed his window and didn't call until after I contacted the office. And because the manufacturer recommends replacing an entire enclosure/heating element, they quoted me $400+ for a dryer repair. I found a guy who knew to replace just the coil for half that. It's otherwise a reputable company so maybe they were just having an off-day.

::I have used Lee's Appliance numerous times for rental properties. I highly recommend them. They show up when they say they will. They let you know if it is better to buy a new appliance or repair the old one. They are courteous and easy to get in touch with.
