  I don’t typically write reviews, but I will when it’s something I believe in. For years I attempted to work with our insurance provider through their 1-800 number direct line and their affiliated 1-800 associated agents. This typically resulted in a frustrating experience getting basic policy and billing questions addressed. Additionally, I often found these exchanges resulting in a run around experience, typically combined with upselling tactics. I now realize this was because I didn’t have an agent acting on our behalf. Enter Luis Leal. Luis worked hard to bridge the gap between our needs and our provider’s offerings. He reached out to his contacts and explored various ways to optimize our plans and our rates. This resulted in plans that better served our family and we even received a refund mailed directly to us.
