::After all, my situation was not resolved at all, I did give them a 5 star review but, not true. Perhaps I did not articulate myself very well.. The customer service representative was very friendly, at first. My personal situation with my pool is still not resolved at all. They refused to come out to clarify issues and explain anything to me. The first charge was $175.00, next it was $150.00 per hour. I was referred to Leak Point by another company that could not resolve my ongoing issues with suction to and from my cleaning outlet and skimmer.

::I was referred to Leak Point by another company because my spa was draining into my pool. The other company thought it was some underground issue. A Leak Point representative came and did a free diagnostic and gave me a couple of options. One, I could do a full diagnostic test for around $300 dollars based on our pool; two, they could fix what they thought was the problem which would cost around $250 with all the minimum service charges; and three, I could try to fix it myself. The thought was that it was one of the jandys that was not working. I went down and bought a $35 jandy and the spa works! I can't tell you how great if feels to have a company really look out for the best interest of their customers. They could of easily done the work and charged me and I would not have known the difference. But instead they gave me options and let me choose. THANKS LEAK POINT, if need anyone in the future I will be using you!
