  Leaders provides elite customer services and great banking services, all while supporting the communities of West TN and Memphis with significant nonprofit investment. My wife and I have purchased two homes, financed a car, and done daily banking with the mobile app through Leaders. Each of those has been a phenomenal experience.

  8 Months ago I became a member with Leaders when they financed a new car. I was shocked how quickly a member of the team reached out to me welcoming me to Leaders, went over the details of the loan and set me up online so I could set up my payments. Since, if I had any questions I always got a quick response. I am hoping to more business in the future.

  The worst place we have ever done business with, paid off the car 2 years ago, they never released the lien and it has been 10 days and they still have not released the lien so we can close the insurance claim. Ridiculous, I will never do business with them again and will let everyone I know to stay away. Never dealt with such rude people, especially when it is there mistake. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

  After moving to Fayette County in 08, I continued to drive back to Jackson to do my banking with Leaders until they opened a branch in Bartlett. Love Leaders!

  I love Leaders. I have been banking with them for over 20 years. The only things is when I stayed in Jackson TN we have plenty of banks now that I have moved to Memphis tn we only have one and it is kind of inconvenient for me because we are 30 mins apart. But if Leaders would invest in just the ATMs around Memphis that would help a lot of there members.
