::Product, $68 lotion, arrived with inoperable pump. Concierge said they would replace but did not. Would not happen with Tom Ford and I mention Tom Ford fragrances because Le Labo is similar and aimed after the same market. When you call Le Labo customer service, the receptionist answers and, without saying anything, immediately places you on hold or into voice mail.
