::There where these shoes that I really loved and wanted to wear for my birthday. I followed them on Instagram (which is how I found the shoes), and did a little research. Entrusting and wanting to support small black owned businesses in my hometown, I was very disappointed. On the website at checkout it states a shipping time of 1-3 days, but did not explicitly state processing time. So I call the store in order to receive this information. When the lady answered (I'm guessing it was the owner), I asked her about processing time. She told my "It is in the policy, it is 7-15 days". So I followed up and asked her is there a way I could get them by the next week (I had already been waiting 5 days so I thought something could be worked out). She told me she would email me and hung up without gaining any of my information. Later the next day, I viewed my order status. The shoes had disappeared from my order history and also from the site. I sent a very concerned email because I really wanted the shoes (my birthday is coming up). I also left a voicemail. She responded via email informing me that my size shoe was not in stock and they were waiting to receive it (why would an out of stock shoe be on the website in the first place). Then she further said that she would issue me a refund. I had never asked for my money back nor did I want it. I wanted my shoes! So now I am awaiting my money back which she said would take 3-4 days... hmmm. My recommendation to Le Divine Collection would be to improve on customer care and satisfaction. Explicitly state your shipping and handling policy at checkout (who really reads the policy) so there is no confusion.

::Most horrible online shopping experience. I was so excited to order the waist trimmer, thought to take my time in delivery service so I chose free shipping option (1-15 days) and it's been over three weeks and I never received my package. They were rude when I contacted them about it, unwilling to help or do something about it. The post office had the package going back and forth to other towns. They said most likely THE STORE didn't put my information down correctly (address, etc.). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Don't trust them. Go to an actual store or google the best option with best ratings. AVOID THIS STORE, customer service is #1 and they don't get it.
