::From grand opening till now, what was it? 7 years? 8? I've been coming to these guys like you would to Sunday Mass (or Friday Namaz) (or Saturday Shul) (we're inclusive here). Most bakeries would begin shorting the sugar, balking the wheat, cheating the yeast, but not these guys. These guys brought their French knowhow to the game. Closest thing to a real pain au raisin or chocolatine you can get this side of the Atlantic (as far as I remember it in Nimes, junior year abroad). Very nice "your neighborhood bakery" charm. Columbia Heights's pick for weekly bread, or Sunday coffee. Nothing like it in DC, or at the very least, or neck of the woods. Protip: Some less-favored menu stars are the pistachio and almond cookies, as well as the apple and blueberry scones.

::Very nice assortment of food items. Windows could use some shades to block the very bright sun

::Cool little bakery on 14th. Has a variety of sandwich and bakery options. Decent amount of seating, inside and outside.

::A nice little bakery with some yummy french desserts. Not too much to say beyond the fact that it's pretty good and the people are very nice. Good variety of options, too.

::First time at this place. Excellent pastries and good coffee. I also eat their qiche Lorraine: very good filling, but the crust did not have very good taste. Still I give this bakery five stars.
