  I had badly water damage carpeting and neglected ceramic floor tile in my home and called LCS for assistance. Michael showed up and tested an area then verified that it could be cleaned. I was so glad that I chose LCS because the job was professionally done, Mike went above and beyond in getting the carpet and tile floors to come out looking brand new. Mike also provided service to resurface a badly stained bathtub, the job also turned out looking outstanding and will be a long lasting repair. I would challenge any cleaning company to provide this service with a more high tech and professional manner, the price was more than fair for such a high level accomplishment. My highest recommendation.

  LCS did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our carpets! Not only was the result of their work exemplary, but they were also incredibly polite and professional. The price I was quoted over the phone was the price that I paid (no sudden additional fees like some places do). We own two dogs that shed like crazy, and LCS got all of the dog hair (and smell!) out of the carpets. Our floors look like new! I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to anyone who appreciates professionalism and honest work.

  I am the director of a private preschool that LCS provides services for such as janitorial, water restoration (we've had a few floods from appliances), floor waxes, carpet cleaning and we would not trust anyone else like we trust LCS. They have serviced us since we opened in 2008. In regards to floods we have had two major incidents. One with a outdoor water fountain that's water reservoir broke in the winter on a weekend and flooded a good portion of our building. Michael and his crew were on it immediately and saved us from having to possibly close the building. Then we had a issue with a washer that, long story short, ran all weekend gushing water all over are whole building. It was essentially pouring out of every door of our 10,000 Sq ft building. Michaels crew showed up to do normal cleaning when they discovered the flood. They immediately went into action and kept us from having to once again possibly not be opened. We could not have been more thankful. These people know there stuff and are there when we need then. I wouldn't recommend any one else to help with your residential or commercial cleaning needs.
