  Food is ok. Service very slow if you ordered food. Took nearly 30 minutes to get Belgian waffles. I expected it to be better.

  No mechanism to control lines... Despite only one cashier being available, two lines formed during the busy morning period. The workers had no idea what to do about it, and they were also moving at a snails pace, so that after fifteen minutes, they'd only served two customers. I won't be going back. And I recommend you not go.

  This place is a hidden gem in the city! Lots of seating, free wifi, and refills on house coffee. They serve La Colombe coffee which is delicious. The food is expensive and I probably wouldn't order that here, but the coffee is great

  I stopped in on my break for a snack and coffee but the cashiers lack of customer service ran me out. Highly disappointed.
