This place costs soo much money. Also the wait is horrible, we sat there for a very long time waiting for our car with like two other people. I mean I thought maybe I had to hand the ticket to the front desk but no you just pay and wait and wait. Anyway I'd never go here again unless it's last resort which it was.

92min, $35, and he's there holding my door open for me, as if it were a screen door that would slam shut on it's own. Didn't tip him, heard some back talk out of his mouth, then realized he tipped himself because my tire pressure gauge was missing.

I would not of even gave them one star. We arrived there 10:25am and asked to pay only for half hour bc we were going to city hall and were in and out just had to make payment, no wait. Left and walked right back, was about 15 minutes if that. We were told $9.00. Want to pay and it said we were gone 31mins, of course one min over half hour which turned our $9 into $21. I told the guy we just left and were no way gone a half hour. I told him I had the payment written on my receipt for proof and instead of giving him receipt time from city hall I gave him time that I purchased on my money order receipt which made me look like we were gone long. Come to find out we were only gone 17mins according to my paperwork. That's messed up. Rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!

I valet parked my car here for 3 hours today. When I picked the car up, my glove box and arm rest compartment had clearly been rifled through, and twenty dollars were missing. This was, needless to say, quite upsetting. I am appalled that they had the nerve to violate closed compartments and especially to commit petty larceny. 3 hours of valet parking cost me $55: the $35 fee and the $20 they stole. There is nothing I can do except to warn others about this seemingly ongoing theft problem they have at this garage (I am not the only one to complain of this). I would avoid parking here. There are plenty of other places to park in the neighborhood that are more secure.
