  Let me tell you the reviews here are NOT from customers. They have no providers in Bergen County. I thought they would be good because I could use their app and pay by credit card. Also they gauge cutting your lawn by google earth and property lines not by coming for an estimate. They have scheduled me and “rescheduled” me over and over and over again. They REFUSE to give me the actual service providers name or phone number and promises of phone calls back to confirm that my lawn is actually going to be serviced “today” when I called go “surprisingly” unreturned. Here we are, weeks later, with no cut lawn, and a company that is impossible to get on the phone when you call. You always have to leave a message to get a call back. So frustrating! I can only assume that they accept all jobs, and then work on finding service providers in the area. In the meantime they use every excuse in the book to get the customer to “stay with them” while they work through this process. Instead of being upfront, they give excuses like weather delays (when the forecast is sunny and bright) or no reason at all. So frustrating!! I would pay a convenience tax of $10 more a cut, I thought it would be worth it. That’s if you can get your lawn cut.
