  This places isn’t huge, but they were great! I needed a replacement part for my Honda self-propelled mower and they had it in stock. They were super friendly and definitely know their stuff!

  Fixed our lawnmower. It ran like new. The store is not very big but it will have what you need.

  I was initially drawn to this establishment because I try to support local businesses and as I live in the area. I have purchased parts from Lawn & Garden Warehouse for various small engines for more than a decade as they do have significant inventory. However, I have now twice been bitten with their small engine repair. A few years ago I had them work on a gas engine string trimmer and was not satisfied with the service/result nor the high cost. At the time my wife who handled that transaction informed me she did not have a good feel about the place. I brushed it off that they were not comfortable dealing with a woman as a customer. Most recently I dropped off a mower for repair and they failed to work on the mower in a timely manner as promised. So I picked the mower without them repairing. I was more disappointed with the arrogance and condescending attitude than I was the failed service. I will go elsewhere in the future. I’m willing to drive to Abilene as not to do business at Lawn & Garden Warehouse.

  I am old school and this place gives INCREDIBLE OLD SCHOOL SERVICE! John Carson is the best at the service counter. He knows parts better that anyone in DFW. And Corey in the service department is a very detailed and competent mechanic. Their prices are competitive too. I hope they are in business for many years to come.

  Been coming here since I was a kid with my dad, they've always had great customer service and usually always have the parts you need in stock, and if they don't they'll do what they can to order that part for you if they can get it. Always have been happy to help and answer any question you may have about your equipment, 10/10 would recommend!!! Great place, great prices, great service!
