  I came across this school when i was in the area with my two children and met the owner Frank Hopkins. He invited us back the next day to sit in and watch his school's belt promotions which he had this past Saturday. We went and really only planned on staying for 10 minutes and winded up staying all day. What a great school! They promote positive feelings and also promote anti-bullying. Most martial arts schools seem to only teach how to kick boards and win trophies, but this school promotes confidence while teaching self-defense. I don't usually write reviews but i had such a great experience I wanted to share it. Looking forward to my first day of class!!!
