  I am very grateful to Walter for his job on preparation and getting my patent. I am not a novice inventor and I recognize the value of the patent attorney's work. Walter gave a lot of attention to the case, grasped the smallest details of the invention and was attentive to my judgement. My case was a difficult one: first, due to the subject of the invention (a complicated dynamics in it) and second, due to a difficult USPTO examiner who issued a terse rejection in the initial office action. Walter handled all the issues perfectly and did the job for a very reasonable price. I will continue to work with Walter.

  I hired Walter Tencza Jr. to reply to an Office Action for our logo displayed above. He promptly contacted the Examiner, discussed and agreed upon the necessary amendment, and got the mark allowed. I hired him for trademark work, and can recommend him for trademark prosecution.
