  I used Seth to purchase an investment condo in Stamford. The people in his office are polite, patient and professional. During the closing as papers were flying across the table to be signed, I felt like I was well represented and everything went smoothly. Seth was great at explaining the process and what I was signing. If you are buying any sort of property in Fairfield County, I would highly recommend talking to Seth.

  Seth’s services were recommended to us by our real estate agent when we purchased a home in Stamford, CT, and we were so pleased that we asked him to represent us when we sold the same house ten years later. Since we were moving across the country, we were under time constraints and needed to work with someone we knew we could trust. Seth took the time to answer all our questions and ensured that everything went smoothly all the way through the closing of the sale even though we were three time zones away. His office even went above and beyond to send us some paperwork after hours one day so that we could promptly close on the purchase of our new home in CA! If we ever move back to CT, we’ll be calling on Seth’s services again for sure!
