  If I could give a lower rating I would. I represented myself vs ScotBrower in Kapolei Family court. He lost, was not prepared, but probably charged his client for his failure. What bothers me is that he has not sent the required paperwork that the Honorable Judge Gerlach requested of him. If I were searching for a Family attorney then I would steer clear of him as he would more than likely be a waste of your money.

  I was a plaintiff in SMALL CLAIMS court and the defendant brought this guy. Bluster is his approach and the judge shut him down when he interrupted me. She then notified him there are no rules of evidence in small claims court. He foolishly put his client on the stand which allowed me to bar-b-que her afterward while he was unable to do anything about it. The Judge wasn't too impressed nor was I. I got what I wanted . . .

  This guy is a real a**hole! I called to ask an employment law question. He demanded to know the name of my employer first, and I said i would rather not say yet. So he hung up on me! Prick.
