  We retained the services of Richard Handler for the purchase of our first home due to a referral from a friend who regularly used his services. Mr Handler and Eileen did an amazing job of counseling and representing us,the sales contract review and amending really showed Mr Handlers knowledge of amendments used to protect us and our funds.Eileen was constantly in contact with the lender,title company and sellers lawyer.Anytime we called, we got a prompt response every time.The closing was on time without any setbacks.We are extremely satisfied with the law offices of Richard G. Handler esq.

  Recently had Richard Handler and his excellent staff, Eileen and JoEllen, handle the sale of our cooperative. I couldn't have been more pleased with their hard work and attention to detail. The closing on this property went beautifully "without a hitch", and look forward to working with them again.
