  Exceptional Team + Service. I had a 3rd violation for cellphone tickets that I wasn’t aware of since NJ holds records for up to 10 years - Peter and his team comfortably walked me through the process without ever feeling pressured or forced into any decisions and he worked hard to make a deal with the state and me to mitigate my violation. -Team His team encompasses attorneys of several disciplines outside of traffic violations as well so you can rest assured his team can represent you. -Service One of the best things during my experience was the service - Wanda on his team and Mr. Humblias were always upfront with me and laid out the process of litigation and the scenerios that may occur so there were no surprises. I did my “shopping around” and review hunting for different attorneys to get the best price, there’s other attorneys that may be $50 or $100 more affordable, but the experience and network connections the Humblias team has is priceless and they will fight for you.   Buyer beware. Stay far far away from this firm. Worst quality legal work I've ever received, along with the highest bill ever received simultaneously. They are very responsive, I will give them that, but that's the only positive I can think of. I have been told from numerous prosecutors in the Bergen County area that many clients are constantly entering Fee Arbitration against Mr. Humblias due to his outrageous billing practices.

  Peter handled setting up my will and estate. After my daughter was born I reached out to Peter to put my will and estate in order so that my fiancé and daughter would not have to worry about anything if God forbid something happened to me. Peter was very professional through out the process. He explained everything to me in a manner in which I was able to fully understand. Of course any time you have to do something like this there is going to be apprehension but he quickly put me at ease and made me feel 100% comfortable. I don't think there is any better recommendation than when I can tell someone that I put my family's future in Peter's hands with my full trust!

When the opposing party gets tough, Peter gets tougher! Peter and Ken are also very timely in responding to matters relating to your case as is the entire office staff.
