  I had terrible experience with Mr. Bierman. He took over 8 years to resolve my divorce case and in the end he involved court attorney without informing me that he will take 5% of property's selling price and he himself took over 40,000 end of the case and did not even give credit for what he received earlier. He did not create a binding agreement but later he asked me to sign a blank paper in the middle of the case about 4 years later which I refused. But he found another way for me to sign a form stating that you are singing for 22000 that court granted me but in fact that was for extra money that he took from me besides what court granted him. So I end up paying for court appointed attorney and him more than 80,000 ..what a loss I had to go through. Overall, he is a lazy lawyer and also ripped off my friend for home insurance case and did nothing for him.
