  SCAM!!!! It's been 2 years since I paid my balance and they still call me saying I owe money. They are the worst and try to harass/scare you into paying them threatening to go after your credit. They should be ashamed of this type of non-ethical business practice.

  So it seems they are a scam. They have placed incorrect info on my credit report and I have successfully had it removed. You can too. No need to worry about them any longer. The last call from them stated we will see you in court. I HOPE they do. This will be a joy!!!!

  I've been contacted by a couple of different people from this agency . A couple of days ago I received a call from a woman named Drew Ryan who left a message for me to call her back. As with the others who called, I called back in the middle of the night and left a message for them to send me something in writing regarding the matter and how they got my information . Then I don't hear from them again until someone else calls me. The firm seems to have a bad rap on the Internet so until they send me something in writing I'm not going to call them .

  SCAM! I called my school and i have no debts plus i have the transaction when i paid the school the full amount. Do not deal with them directly they truly have poor customer service and do not come off as legitimate at all. Again do not deal with them directly find out why they are calling you hang up and go to the source if you deal with them directly they will rob you.
