  Ehab Moustafa is an immigration attorney, par excellence. He secured my son’s I 601A Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver in record time. He also has a very knowledgable staff, like Mr. Abraham, who is very patient and caring. I saw reviews of Mr. Moustafa online and was impressed, but surely it was God who led me to this attorney. He’s the best! I had tried other attorneys, but Mr. Moustafa came through for me.

  I will recommend ehab moustafa. Mr. moustafa helped we in my immigration case in a very fast way and Mr. Moustafa knows what he do everyone knows him in the immigration building i was referred to him by another happy client

  لا انصح بالذهاب اليه ذهبت لاستشاره قانونيه وانا اتحدث معه مش مهتم بالكلام وبيلعب فى الموبايل ومعلوماته القانونيه ضعيفه ومش متاكد من اللى بيقوله كانى باخد راى واحد من الشارع مش محامى وقام وانا بكلمه علشان ينهى اللقاء ويدخل حد جديد وخلاص من غير ما يفيدنى بشيء I don't recommend him to any one , he has sparse or nominal information in law , he also doesn't care about his customers . he doesn't think about them he just think about how he can take money from them for nothing

  I could not understand this lawyer behavior! I give him my divorce case, anytime I call him, he never answer, leave messages, he never call back, he is ignorant, whenever I walk to his office, “because no phone communications” He ask me “what did you with your spouse?” what a stupid question is that? I answered him,” If I was to do with him, why should I hire and pay you money”. He did not do any effort to work on my case, it is so frustrating, so I do not want to deal with him anymore, and at the end of the day he keep the money I paid him, is not that stilling? It is stilling! I advise anyone has a matter, please do not deal with him. the worst of it is that we live in Brooklyn, and he file for our divorce in Manhattan! without any Justification. when I did tell a professional Jewish lawyer firm , they said " what kind of attorney is this; he suppose to know where to file the divorce case"!

  I've been trying to get adjusted for over 15 yrs and the fact that I had a Criminal record didn't make it easy. Over the yrs, I've dealt with many lawyers, not only the ones that have represented me, but also by paying for many consultations. With that said, the services that I got from Mr Ehab Mustafa is second to none. His optimism and energy make me know/feel like he's not just doing it for the money and he genuinely want to me succeed. His assistant and future lawyer Mr Abraham also helps me as well on many occasions with questions on my case. To put the icing on the cake, I was able to finally get my adjustment and I'm convince that it wouldn't have happen without his expert services....Definitely 5 Stars....
