  Unprofessional. They say they can do something and then don’t follow through with it. Its a very nice place but poor attitudes.

  I found this place from a friend. So I decided to ask the young lady who did her hair, to do mine because I liked the way it came out. Mind you, I asked her ahead of time if she would be able to dye my hair grey. I know it would be process and not everyone knows how to do it etc. She said it was fine. Now I went to the salon, waited a good 20mins for her while I had an appt with her. Cool, whatever. She started doing my hair and I could hear her asking her co worker how she would be able to do get my hair to grey and the whole time being there I felt like she didn’t want to do my hair because it was complicated. Now the process is over and she told me I have to come back in a month, once again while they were charging me she asked her co worker again how would she do my hair... Now I understand if you can’t do something I’ll understand, but don’t tell someone you’re able to do something and don’t. A month went on and I asked her if I can set up an appt with her and she saw my message and that’s it. LOL. So I waisted my money and time going to someone who didn’t know what they were doing and to someone who couldn’t just tell me right then and there she couldn’t do what I asked for. I was stuck with this ugly color for a little and had to look for another salon who would fix it for me which is a pain in the ass. But that was my experience, hope yours is better!
