  Great option if you don't want long term contract. The sessions are hard as you want them to be and some instructors are better than others, but for me this was a perfect place for a month I spent ominous Haight. I especially loved Evan's HIIT class.

  Best 50 mins you will spend all day. Great trainers, studio and atmosphere.

  Best spin classes in the city. HIIT is an awesome workout, too. Super friendly instructors. Convenient class schedule.

  Lavation has a great facility -- the HIIT is class is a great workout and they mix it up each month. Each day has a different target focus, which is great. The spin classes are great too! Kathy is wonderful and gets the heart going while playing fun music and keeping us motivated.

  Lavation is amazing! The HIIT classes are the best. 15 exercises, 90 seconds each x 2- you are in and out in 60 minutes. The instructors are great! Space is new and fresh and everyone is very friendly!
