  A few years ago I was going through a very difficult time that essentially stopped me from functioning in my daily home and work life. It was through her help that I was able to redirect and refocus my thoughts and actions. She uses several cognitive behavioral methods and meditation/ hypnotherapy that helped me reform my thought process. Lauren also guided me to seek medical therapy when she felt it was needed. And she was right. Through her weekly guidance and my own hard work, I found myself again. I even think a better, more aware version of myself. Therapy is not easy. Lauren cannot just "cure" your issues, but through her guidance, reflection, and adivce, she can assist you in helping yourself. She is kind, compassionate, and relatable. I would recommend her highly.

  Lauren is extremely professional, and after going to other therapists for anxiety related issues & not making progress, I found Ms. Pearl who has given me tools and techniques that have helped me immensely. I am extremely grateful for her services.

  Ms. Pearl helped my wife and I immensely. She was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive to us during a very difficult time. I would highly recommend her.

  I had a horrible experience. FIRST OF ALL> the one comment I can't let go is that I was told that I would be okay... that I''ll find someone else. The process of divorce is rushed and most things she brought up were actually incorrect. Please don't use this mediator especially if you are a women with a child or kids. There was point where I needed a week to think things trough and process information. I called her to reschedule being completely honest with my needs and concerns... I was told I was stopping the process. I could tell from her tone that she was rushing me. She would side with me or with him... if she felt the process was moving forward. The issues that were unresolved>> we were told we would come back to them... as long as we moved forward but in fact we never did. She has this really weird system which only helps her capitalize on peoples desperations. There are so many reasons why you should reconsider using this person to help sort though your life. Please get professional help. She simply doesn't have the credentials.
