  I would give zero stars if I could! DO NOT GO HERE!!! The worst customer service you will ever have. Called Friday for a pick up for 2 laundry bags and specifically said to keep both bags separate as they were for 2 different people. Also was promised Saturday drop off. Saturday at 10pm rolls around and still no laundry. They said they would drop off my laundry between 6pm and 9pm. So I start calling around 9:30 and no one picks up and left a voicemail and text, no one ever got back to me. I HAD to call them again Sunday early afternoon since of course they never returned my calls. And the lady at the laundromat had the nerve to say the driver didn't feel like delivering that night, um what?!?! So I said y wouldn't you call your customers to say they wouldn't be getting their laundry on time? All I got was an I'm sorry. Finally got my laundry SUNDAY NIGHT!!! And guess what in 1 bag when I asked that the 2 bags I gave be kept separate. Worst place ever. Don't waste your time here.
