::A warning to folks who use Laundro Land's laundry service: it's at your own risk. My husband and I have frequented Laundro Land for many years. The facility is usually clean and the TVs play Spanish soap operas. For convenience, we started using the laundry service they provide. After our last drop off we received items completely ruined and unsalvageable (they melted the cloth!). Even after consulting the manager - who saw the damaged item and agreed it was his employee's doing - we were given no compensation. They simply tried to wash it again. Since I'm not one to complain or make a fuss, I was most upset by the manager evading me and several of my calls. When a cleaner damages or loses something, as a matter of good business, most companies will compensate consumers. Not this one! I warn other people: be careful entrusting items with them, even something you think is a no-brainer. After years of visiting this laundry, they have lost our business.
