  The officials are understanding and kind, because one day I arrived in the laundry late and almost at the time when closing my clothes had not yet dried, they patiently waited to dry. As funcionarias sao compreensiva e muitos gentis, pois um dia cheguei na laundry tarde e já na quase na hora de fechar minhas roupas ainda não haviam secado, elas pacientemente esperaram secar.

  Their machines have problem. Sometimes you put coins and the machine resets. If you ask to them refund you, they will tell you that's is not their problem!
