  The salesman need better training. They need to know the product better. The only good there was the finance department. Vinny is outstanding and the reason I go to that dealership.

  Tracey arranged for our meeting to purchase to a Chevrolet Impala. Our sales person was Mark. The experience we had was out standing. Mark was extremely professional and resourceful. He listened to what we wanted in a car, how much we wanted to spend and truly exceeded our expectations! We love our Chevy impala!!! The finance manger Mike was also outstanding. He was a seasoned expert who took the time to explain the finance terms and coached us in what additional items we could add with out exceeding our budget. The overall experience was very positive. The staff made us feel so comfortable and special. Their customer approach was guided by respect and attention to communicating every detail! I highly recommend this dealership and the professionals we worked with.
