  Very please with the service at Lash along with the help provided by Edwin Sanchez. Not only did he help me get my new Jetta but also came to the rescue when I locked my keys in my trunk :) Great service!!

  I’ve called SEVERAL times. Gotten hung up on two days in a row, MULTIPLE times both days. What kind of business is this when you hang up on customers who want to buy cars from you???? WHERE IS THE OWNER? DOES HE KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING AT HIS DEALERSHIP??? I’d love to get a car but either no one picks up the phone, or when they do they hang up on me.

  My salesman Edwin was very patient, & makes a Great cup of coffee. He went above and beyond expectations. He put up with a few test drives, and making sure our 6' and up teenage boys fit in the car. After multiple visits he became like family. The ending presentation was the best. Take a look and see for your self.

  My experience from start to finish was remarkable at Volkswagon of White Plains. I was impressed with the facility the moment I walked through the door. The dealership was very clean and tidy and everything was attractively displayed and organized. I was greeted instantly by a receptionist and general manager and both offered me a cup of coffee which I appreciated. I informed the general manager that my lease was coming to a close soon and that I was just getting ideas for lease prices on a new Volkswagon. He immediately introduced me to sales specialist Edwin Sanchez. I immediately liked Edwin due to his naturally friendly and sincere demeanor. He was not "pushy" in the sales sense at all and I felt zero pressure which was a very pleasant surprise. I immediately felt comfortable with Edwin and I appreciated his knowledge of products and pricing, and how in-tuned he was with my needs and requests. Edwin's exceptional interpersonal skills and all around pleasant disposition sealed the deal for me. Although I only planned on pricing cars that day, I was more than happy and willing to sign a lease agreement due to my overall experience. I truly believe that if all customers shared my experience, sales would be through the roof!!

  Had a great sales experience, Anthony was great and genuinely made us feel welcome and we had a great time. The negotiating process was very, very painless and even enjoyable. The dealers were kind, didn't rush us and most of all, took us seriously. We had a negative experience with car sales in the past where my wife and I were dismissed because we look young (we moisturize), it may sound silly but a place that gave us the time of day and sat down us and didn't rush us made a world of a difference!
