    First shuttle driver was going as slow as the bus, defeated the purpose of going with a smaller shuttle. Van seats were very uncomfortable. Second bus was much better and the driver was awesome. Overall the service is okay on a budget and $62 round trip is not too bad if traveling alone.

    Love this service from Las Vegas to San Ysidro. Staff is very nice. Will do almost anything for you. I'm a white dude too. ;)

    Very fast trip from AZ to NV would highly recommend if you're in a hurry. Buses take an a hour or two longer. Shuttle makes one stop and steps on the gas(;

    I used this company to bring my mother to Las Vegas instead of the greyhound from Los Angeles because this company promises 4.5 hours to get here. Today the so called V.I.P shuttle which cost me an extra 10 dollars breaks down on them before taking off the Los Angeles post due to a bad battery which me being a mechanic for over 20 years knows that a battery doesn't just go bad out of nowhere, usually it will give you hints or simply if they would've done a safety inspection they would've realized the battery was bad. once they put a new battery they take off and the Air Conditioning system goes out on them and to top it off the van breaks down in Ontario. My mother will not be here til 8:30 which means it will take her 8 hours to get here.This is a very bad way of doing business by not doing a simple inspection of the vehicles before putting them on the road. So when I called the company to ask for my money back they threatened me saying that if I have so much balls to speak to him on the tone I was speaking for me to go to the station so we could "throw down" so I could sleep good tonight. These people have no idea how to run a business let alone being professional. By far the most trashiest company I have ever dealt with. Good luck people and be careful.
