  So disturbed with these people's service. Was going to rent out chairs and as I was waiting (without being greeted or spoke to for 20 minutes) I saw this lady that worked there drag out tables/chairs and pushed them towards this pregnant woman. Expecting her to load everything in her vehicle by herself. I started putting her stuff in the car and asked if someone can lend a helping hand and they said if we needed loaders they would have to be with delivery. I couldn't believe how disgusting these people are. As soon as I was done helping her, I went straight to Lowes and bought 20 chairs! I'd rather pay 2X more than to ever do business with these people.

  Lost our reservation and then refused to honor the quoted price and made us pay more for different chairs. Literally use any other company and it will be a better experience.

  This place rented us filthy dirty chairs and tables. To add to that, they didn’t have the items I ordered online and didn’t call me to let me know. They only send emails because they have no clue how to communicate with their customers. I wish I could give 0 stars.

  This place is great! I used them for my wedding. I originally called to reserve chairs but found out they had everything I needed. Great customer service. They even helped me setup the equipment. It cost extra but so worth it. Will use them if I ever get married again ha

  We rented a small amount of tables and chairs from this company. We had great communication from them up until it was time for them to deliver. They promised a delivery some time before 7pm. They said they would call 30 mins prior to arrival. Well we had planned our day prior to the wedding all on delivery prior to 7pm. 6:30 came and we still hadn't heard from them. I then called them at about 6:45pm and they said they were behind. No offense, I know things happen. A courtesy call would have been nice. They then said they had my delivery and another one left so they would deliver to me no later than 7:30pm. AGAIN, 7:30pm came and went and I still hadn't heard from them. I called them again and they said they were doing a delivery in Henderson and they would get to me as soon as possible and they had no idea who told me they would deliver to me first. I think they need to communicate internally a bit better. None the less, our plans for that evening were completely ruined because they promised to deliver by 7pm and they did not do that or have the common courtesy to call and say they were running late. EDIT: So... I Just came back to look at this review and noticed the owner had responded in August stating one of their employees would contact me about this. Well.. It is now January and I have yet to receive a phone call from them with an apology.
