  I really want to be able to rate higher. The vet techs and front desk are great, super friendly and my dog is excited to see them. The vet, however, doesn't seem to understand basic dog behavior. My dog is super gentle, but after the vet stood over her and backed her into the corner, then reached for her face quickly, she showed her teeth. He freaked about her being aggressive and demanded she be muzzled and would only examine her away from me in the back room. My dog used to be excited for vet visits. Now she starts shaking in fear. I think I need to find a new vet soon.

  Vets and staff are extremely helpful and informative. You can tell they care about your pet and don't just treat them like a random animal coming in.

  The staff has known our dogs as long as we have. The entire crew is very kind and welcoming. But Dr. Anderson has a special place in our hearts because he went above and beyond when our lab needed special, urgent care.
