::Fred’s business practices and communication skills are a joke to say the least, I placed a order for a step & repeat that needed to be completed within a weeks timeframe (which it was). The problem comes in with Fred’s communication skills and business practice’s, I asked several questions via email and recieved no response to any of my questions. I went in to pick up my order and without any type of warning the price went from $185 to $250. I asked why the price increase, and his response was the image I submitted forced him to print it on a 8x12 banner instead of the agreed upon 8x8. That would have been fine with me if a warning or update was given, but no not Fred it was a take it or leave it type attitude. So I left it! Hope you enjoy taking pictures in front that wasted step & repeat! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!

::Honestly, the first time I went in there to ask a few questions about having artwork printed, I was a bit turned off. He DID seem annoyed, and completely uninterested in my business. I looked into other places, but decided to give Laredo Printing another shot. I'm really glad I did. I've come to realize it's just his way. He's short, to the point, but he is helpful. The work he did for me was top notch, and he offered useful suggestions. If you're looking for someone you'll become best friends with, go elsewhere. If you need your printing job done, support a local business, and get a quality product, go with Laredo.
