  I called requesting a size in a pair of sneakers. They did not have the size in store, and was told that they would contact when their systems were back up - checking other locations. Well, it's been a week, I suppose their systems are still down. I guess business is good, and they do not have time to be bothered. I visitited Bergdorf's this morning and got my shoes. I will never shop the Madison Avenue location, again.

  Asking simple questions over the phone resulted in terse, aggravated replies from the clerk. Love your products Lanvin but looks like you need to provide lessons in customer service to your staff.
