  I have never been one to give reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for Mr. Nino and Lane Jewelers. I recently brought my Rolex to the store for polishing. In the end, my watch came back looking and feeling like new. I was absolutely impressed with Mr Nino’s professionalism, friendliness, and sincerity. The price was very reasonable as well. I am very satisfied, and I will definitely only want to bring my watch back to Lane Jewelers. My only complaint is that Mr Nino doesn’t have a store in Singapore, and I don’t know what to do with my watch when I return!

  Great customer service. Really welcoming staff. Changed a battery for one watch and repaired the strap of another in 10 minutes. Didn't even charge for the strap fix!

  They fixed my watch band and clasp for free after a watch repair shop couldn't do it. All they asked for was some good press.... happy to give it. Stand-up team! The kind of people you can trust, although I can't speak to their jewelry.

  Great experience. Was able to get my engravement for a trophy done same day! Would recemond as go to shop in FiDi NYC.
