  I have always had a good experience at this store. Christa helped me last time I was there and put together a beautiful outfit for me! Super helpful!

  I shop at this store frequently because they are so helpful in coordinating fashion and provide friendly service. I think they are attentive to the customers and always interested in my needs.

  It's more of a complaint about their website. I ordered two bra off the website because it's hard to find different opinions of any bra size that is E, F, or G in store. I paid extra to have it get here by the 12th because I am leaving on a trip that night and was hoping to take those with me. I just got an email that said they wouldn't be in until the 13th. If I hadn't paid the extra money, I would have gotten them on the 15th. I'm gonna be optimistic about it being there by the 12th but who knows. That's what I get for ordering online. 😔

  This is RUDEST Lane Bryant I have ever been to. While shopping I watch every single worker that passed by me greet everyone they saw but me. I got what i needed and was ready to check out. I stood in line for 5 to 10 minutes for the lady checking people out to tell me that I was in the wrong line . She has a very snotty attitude when telling me. Then after another 15 mins of standing in line she re opened the register that I was originally standing in.
