  These guys take care of several of my neighbors and they are complete and total clowns the way that they use 2 cycle leaf blowers on the hottest and stuffiest marginal air quality days without any regard for the impact that they have on anyone. If you care at all about environmental impact, don't use them. I tried talking some common sense with their crew but they're too short on brain power to care much.

  I used Landscape Design Concepts for snow removal for my rental property in the 2013 to 2014 winter season and they were very reliable. As a result, I hired them again for the 2014 to 2015 winter season for both my rental property and my house. Well, I'm not sure what happened, but my experience with them this year was terrible. I was surprised how much they strung me along. Not showing up and not getting back to me. They came a few times for my house...not once for my rental property...and there was really no rhyme or reason. I typically don't leave negative reviews because I feel bad doing so, but when I think how much time I wasted trying to stay on top of them, I only think it's fair that I warn others.
