  location is great, walk out the door and u see the great south bay. wud b better if there where some kind of patio outside the room. room was clean nice and service wasnt bad

  Super clean . easy check in . large rooms , comfortable king size beds . no complaints . good price . right by the Ferrys to fire island . Walking distance to the cull house restaurant Perfect for overnight . will stay there again
