::The only reason they even get a single star is due to google. I was moving out of my apartment at 138 N. 38th Ave in Omaha and the landlord came in when we weren't there and stole everything we had left in the apartment so we made a police report and going to retrieve what he says was worth anything. Meanwhile I had told a friend to move into another one of their properties and my Lord he's got mice and roaches so bad that the health department has been there three times. Do yourself a favor everyone and avoid this awful company.

::Been living in the same house for 7 years because the location is good for work and it gives me the space I need but Landmark has easily been the worst rental agency ever. Chris young has ignored me about getting the MULTIPLE repairs fixed around my house. In the past 3 months I've called him over 10 times trying to get someone here to fix my long list of repairs and still nothing. The company has "lost" my rent twice in the past 2 years. They don't care about any of their tenants. This company is an embarrassment and has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not rent from this company.

::Rented a house with this company mid-march'17. Little did I know that Landmark Group only handles the lease and rent. Ive had the worst experience with the repair man. He orginially told me the house would be done that weekend we moved in. Well that weekend turned into over a month and Landmark Group wont do anything except contact the owner. Ive been more then patient. I dont plan on staying the year and wont go throught them again. Chris Y. was the agent that helped us- great, proffesional and flexible! But poor management on Landmarks behalf.

::Dave is the definition of real. I see all these comments blaming landmark. Low income people need a place to stay. I don't know why people expect the Hilton in Omaha Nebraska in a low income area. These people have to do better for themselves and stop playing victim and like Dave and landmark are oppressors of poor people. The only oppressors of poor people are poor people with a bad attitude. Life isn't going to hand you a big house, a nice car, you have to take it. Stop making excuses for this nonsense. Multiple tenants are laying around saying they are "disabled" . I call bullshit on that, you are not disabled. You can work but you choose to ride the system. You have no room to complain if you aren't putting in the hours. Practice makes perfect, you can't expect to shoot the game winning shot when you haven't picked up the ball.
