  Worst customer service ever. The supervisor is the worst and interrupts you while you are talking. They yell on the phone, unable to articulate what they are talking about. DO NOT CONTACT THEM or USE THEM.

  My trifling building management, always trying to be penny-wise, but a dollar short used this bootleg outfit. I went out to their truck to pick a used stove. I immediately refused each of their rusted, corroded raggedy excuses as unsuitable. They came back once again--same scenario. Then they had the unmitigated gall to tell me I had no other options because I refused their sub-par, sub-standard, dirty, rusted stoves with missing parts, doors and broken hinges. (I paid for a stellar stove repair from a reputable, decent company out of pocket instead.) My management, same company, same issue, different appliance--refrigerator. The young lady, Linda, personally picked out Land Appliances' best. Sadly, it was not worthy. Within a month, the refrigerator died. The professional and respectful, Linda, tried to negotiate for the company to do the right thing and replace my food, refrigerator, etc. to make me, the consumer acting in good faith, whole. Much to my chagrin and to Land Appliances' discredit, Linda was overruled. I was supposed to have my management, the consumer (albeit a bootleg simile thereof), acting in good faith, was expected to make compensation to me, rather than Land. GAAALLLLLLLLL!!! WHY NOT MINUS ONE HUNDRED STARS (-100*)? This shoddy company should not be allowed to exist.

  I called there to fix new stove at my apartment but There Receptionist was so rude that couldn’t even let me speak what I was trying to explain your problem. She was just shouting and telling I don’t know and hang up. After that again I called and asked for manager she again hang up. Then third time called manager came on phone even she didn’t apologize. Thank you land appliances for your great services. I hope there upper management to read and take action.

  Land Appliance delivered a dirty fridge that contained old food waste and insect parts. I didn't realize this until I removed the drawers to rinse them out before putting food in. Upon further investigation I found multiple areas of food waste and also patches of goopy adhesive and grease residue. I called the company and the customer service was terrible. After being yelled at by the first two people I spoke to and told that they would never let a dirty fridge go out, I spoke to someone claiming to be the owner. He was incredibly disrespectful. I told him I had pictures of the issues and he told me that was impossible because they would never send out a dirty fridge. He was very eager to tell me that fixing this issue was not how he runs his business and that if the fridge didn't work he could send a technician. When I said the issue was obviously not about the fridge running, he hung up on me. I called back to ask that he either send a fridge that had been cleaned or that he pay for a cleaning service. He just screamed about how this was not his problem and hung up.

  ****WARNING/DANGER/BEWARE/INFESTED APPLIANCES****I never do reviews even if the service is bad, however, I need to tell the world about this because I have never seen something so disgusting before in my life. On June 15, 2017 these people delivered a filthy (INFESTED & OLD FOOD ALL OVER) refurbished refrigerator to my apartment. As soon as I opened it up there were scores of cockroaches crawling out of the fridge and coming from every crevice you could think of. The fridge was DISGUSTING and INFESTED! I personally called them and spoke to their nasty manager, Ira to request a replacement be sent. Instead, it was alluded to that I was lying even after I told him that I had pictures. Furthermore, he told me that a technician (who by nature/trade has no experience with bugs) has to come to see the fridge in order for it to be replaced. When the "technician" ("Pedro" who barely spoke English and therefore couldn't understand my explanation of the problem) came to my apartment he refused to look at the pictures I had of the roaches and instead proceeded to look at the fridge to find other "technical" problems. For example, he blamed me for the fact that the fridge was leaking and referenced the fact that the temperature dial was turned up to high (even though it is summer/hot and the fridge door wouldn't close all the way allowing the cold air to escape). Moreover, the "technician" opened the refrigerator doors to "look" for the roaches even though he is not trained in pest control so he naturally wouldn't know where to look (also roaches are nocturnal so they obviously wouldn't decide to show their face at 11:26 AM). In fact, upon entering the kitchen and PRIOR to even opening up to fridge door the "technician" stated that, "there are no roaches." After he finished he said that he had seen no evidence of roaches and said that his company delivers clean fridges. I proceeded to tell him that the refrigerator was disgusting and that the only reason that it was sparkling white was because the day I got it I spent SIX HOURS cleaning it with hot water and disinfectant/cleaning solutions. He refused to believe that they delivered a cockroach infested and food ridden appliance and claimed that they would never give a fridge that was dirty. Basically, he didn't believe that I cleaned it which is weird because regardless of whether or not an appliance is new or refurbished you should clean it before using it--to not do so would be disgusting. When he realized how ridiculous his argument was he backtracked and claimed that the truck they deliver the appliances in must be dirty and infested not the refrigerators themselves. My question to him was "HOW IS THAT BETTER?!?!?" So it is NORMAL for the delivery truck to be infested but it is strange that the appliances might be infested as well? I was baffled by him and his half-baked explanations, to say the least. At this point, I was frustrated and wanted him out of my apartment. I realized that he was only a puppet sent here to contradict everything I claimed about the fridge even though I told him that it was so filthy to point that when I put a cup of water inside the fridge and came back to drink it there was a roach inside it. I have never seen something so ABSURD, DISGUSTING and DISTURBING in my life. This company has been completely ATROCIOUS and UNAPOLOGETIC and I hope that anyone who considers using their services understands that to do so would come at the cost of one's patience and sanity. ***I ALSO HAVE TO SAY THAT THE ONLY REASON WHY I GAVE THEM ONE STAR IS BECAUSE THE SYSTEM DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO GIVE THEM ANYTHING LOWER!!! NEGATIVE STARS!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL AND IF YOU DO I PRAY FOR YOU!!!***
