  Hank was amazing!!!! He took my lifeless hair and resurrected it from beyond. I can’t wait to go back and get my baylayage done. Also I loved the whole experience the staff was super nice and the decor was pretty cool

  Cortney is an amazing stylist and visionary. She takes the time to listen to her clients but also gives her advice, as she is a master at color. So glad I found her since moving to Seattle.

  Great place, especially total genius hair designer Johnny Larusso. I followed him here from his last salon; he is that good!

  I have been getting my hair cut by Julia for a while now and refuse to go elsewhere. The salon has a great vibe with unique artwork throughout, they have really done well catering to the tastes of both men and women. My service is more expensive than a barber shop but I am convinced that Lancer & Lace are offering an experience, not just a cut. I would recommend to anyone to go at least once, treat yourself!
