  Dr Sorin Lancea and his establishment have been doing a great deed to provide affordable health care for the community for many years. I have visited him since I was a child, he is a kind, professional and astute man. I must say however, one of his receptionists, her name she said was "Lansea" or something like that was extremely rude, unhelpful and not fit to be a receptionist. As a receptionist myself for over 13 years, I have never heard someone speak to me with such disregard over a simple rescheduling. My appointment was for Tue 1/10/2016 @ 10:00am. I called around 9:30am all the way until 10:00am to reschedule for possibly the afternoon as I was coming own with a fever but also in tremendous pain, needing my tooth removed. No one picked up until 10:30am. Her response was, "we don't have time".. "next week". Just like that, like she didn't care. I tried explaining to her my situation, the pain I'm in and the fact that I called multiple times and left a message to have someone call back. They did not call back. She then got defensive, saying "no, your appt is for 10:30am, we open at 10am.. I was late 5 minutes, so what?" Really??? You're going to argue with me MY OWN APPOINTMENT TIME which I wrote down 1 week ago? I'm here in a lot of pain and she's giving me attitude over asking why no one is communicating with me. As if I was bothering her for doing her job. This is the medical industry and for you to speak to patients like that is unheard of. I will say, yes - I became very angry and let her have it over the phone because all she cared about was defending HER BEING LATE. I'm the one suffering, not you. Accommodate your patients instead of treating them like garbage. If you don't like your job or can't handle the public, then get someone who does, this isn't a joke. I leave the review at 5 stars as Dr Lancea then picked up and took care of business and apologized. I could still hear her in the background trying to deny me a time because she's pissed off. What an immature way of handling a simple rescheduling. "Lansea" needs to be released. She is terrible at what she does. Thank you Dr Lancea.
