Dr Long and her staff are extremely professional and quite caring. They take their time to explain all procedures and answer all questions at each visit. Being a nurse I am quite choosy in deciding my medical care. I desire, as everyone should, skilled, professional, competent and quality medical procedures with an experienced physician, and the necessary follow up care. They are also punctual with appointment times. This office rates a 5 from me on all points. Thank you Lana and staff!!!

Dr. Lana Long is an outstanding dermatologist. She is extremely professional, caring and loving to each and every patient. She wants only the best for them and her results are amazing. She is constantly updating herself, her equipment and her techniques. You are provided with the most recent technology and incredible results. On my most recent visit, she did micro-needling and a face peel. As always, the experience was A-plus. The Cincinnati community is extremely blessed to have her among their list of dermatologists.

After visiting this office for a minor cyst removal, I received surgical complications. Dr. Long left a piece of cotton, which is not supposed to be used in a surgical situation, inside my wound. She sewed a piece of cotton into my suture wound, upon finding it the day after we immediately called her office. The office did not return our call for 6 hours, and that was after a visit to both my doctor and the emergency room. My primary doctor tried to pull the cotton out, but soon realized it was sutured in there. I ran the risk of infection and serious complications. The emergency room doctor had to open my wound, and remove my stitches to take out the piece of cotton. The negligence during my surgery and no one on-call to answer my emergency message, I highly recommend finding a different dermatologist. I do not recommend this doctor.
