::We bought a floor lamp a few years ago. We thought the bulb burned out and my husband tried to change it. It only took a few screws for him to realize it wasn't a simple bulb change. We took the lamp to the store for instructions on how to change bulbs. (Much to his chagrin!). We were told the bulb was rated for 35000 hours and couldn't be changed. Basicly a disposable lamp! However the staff (without asking!) Just gave us a new, in the box, lamp...even tho we had had the old lamp for more than one year! Customer service at its finest! We will find any excuse to shop at this store in the future!
