  If you are looking for parts, this is definitely the place to go. Good price, excellent service and knowledgeable staff. I had a great experience here. If you are looking for high end, brand new, professionally installed light fixtures, this place MIGHT not be the right place for you (I'm not sure about their full range of services). But call and ask!

  Couldn’t fix a lamp after 2 different attempts. Don’t waste your time and money here.

  Amazing customer service, love the family owned and operated business. The new location is awesome! Extremely happy with all the work and lamps I've gotten from them. The owners bend over backwards to make sure my family is happy everytime. 10/10 best shop in town

  overpriced plus was told repair would take a week because, and i quote..."uhhh, because it's the weekend." woman had a snotty attitude as if i was bothering her. what does the weekend have to do with anything? why are you open on the weekend if you don't want to service anyone?

  I had a lamp that I purchased at an estate sale. It was from Italy, hand painted. After a couple of months of use it stopped working. I took it in to lampcrafters. They fixed it right and quickly. I then remembered that I had a wall lamp next to my bed that has not worked in years. I took it down and took it to lampcrafters. They also fixed that. I am so happy I found such a great business. They are very nice and they charge what is reasonabale. I will recommend them to all my friends.
