  It was good until they lost my cashmere sweater. Offered partial reimbursement. Update: changed to 5 stars as the new management is very good and I continue to use their services without any issues.

  Under new mamagement with friendly staffs. Great quality work and fast service. They provide good alteration/tailoring services also. Very good service in the area.

  I never write reviews - but I have never experienced such bad service. Dropped a raincoat off at the beginning of summer. The cuff on the pocket had come off and needed to be repaired. Just wore it for the second time since I have gotten it back and realized that one end of the cuff was already coming out. When I and showed the woman behind the counter the issue, she informed me they never fixed it as I only pointed to the bottom of the pocket (because obviously I only wanted one side of the pocket fixed) and the $12 charge was just for the one side of the pocket that I pointed to. When I insisted that I had asked to have the entire pocket fixed (I know I should her how the cuff completely folded over) she again said I only pointed to the bottom and then called me a LIAR! I just moved in 2 doors down and would have been a loyal customer. I would rather walk 20 blocks through the snow than visit this laundry again.

  I have lived in the area from some time and this by far the best drycleaners in the area. Fast quality service with an excellent staff. You don't know how important a dry-cleaning place can be until there is a mix up or delay, which impacts your job or important event. Time and time again the staff here are helpful and catered to me when I need them most. The value of this place is immeasurable to me. Overall, best dry-cleaners ever.
