::Great food and service.A little pricey.

::Dreadful place. Rip off and rude staff. Complete waste of money and had to go somewhere else after for dinner.

::I am not from Boston; I travel there on business. When I go to Boston I frequent the North End and eat at restaurants that remind me of my haunts in NYC. On my last trip to Boston I took someone's recommendation and had an incredible Persian meal at Lala Rokh. I often have Persian food in NYC on Ninth Avenue. I love it because of the various spices and I love lamb. I didn't know that Persian food could be as fantastic as it is at Lala Rokh. My business associate and I ordered 3 appetizers and right away I knew that I was eating something very different than the peasant food (which I love, bring a peasant myself) I've been enjoying for years in NYC. Our entrees were out of this world. I had the whole sea bass which was cooked perfectly with a sweet sauce. My friend had the lamb shank and after having a few bites, almost stole it from her. I've never had a lamb shank like that. I'm not the best judge at this but I suspect that Lala Rokh is not only the best Persian restaurant in Boston, it may also be one of the best restaurants in Boston. I can't wait to return.

::Went here for dinner with my mother when she was in town visiting. She loves trying new foods and going here was no exception. The food was superb! The staff is also very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. All around wonderful experience and great prices. Will definitely be going back!

::I actually just played a gig there! The decor is really quite nice and the management there is extremely friendly. They made you feel like family and make sure that the food is good and that you're doing well. It's also in a really nice and quiet location in Beacon Hill. I definitely would recommend this restaurant; and who knows I might see your there sometime in the future!
